The Company
The company is a San Diego-based technology firm providing online training and Risk Management solutions to its clients across the United States. This opportunity is being offered with a company that is profitable, growing at a substantial rate, and continues to lead in a developing and emerging market.

This position is located at the company's Boston office.

The Company's Content
The Company delivers online training content to various markets, including Fire, EMS, Education, and OSHA Compliance. These online courses must be maintained, supported, and expanded on a continuous basis. The training content is designed to change employee behavior and result in improved bottom line performance for the Company's customers. In many cases, the training content must be approved by state agencies and/or other accrediting agencies. As a result, the content must be developed in accordance with state and federal regulations, national standards, and industry best practices.Additionally, our online training courses receive continuous feedback which must be responded to on a regular basis.

Content and Regulatory Support Specialist
The support specialist reports directly to Rob Davies, Manager of Content and Regulatory Compliance.

The support specialist is responsible for providing support to the Regulatory Compliance Specialist and Content Specialists.

Specific responsibilities include:

Required Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Exemplary work ethic and a strong commitment to quality are key elements to succeed in this position. Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to long-term success at this position. Finally, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong research and writing skills, including diction, grammar, and spelling.

Additional skills that would be desirable, but not necessary, include:

Compensation
Compensation is based upon previous experience, and it will include stock options. Benefits include major medical and dental insurance, predominantly paid for by the Company, an annual two weeks paid vacation, eight holidays and two “personal” holidays, and a wellness program with health club reimbursement.
