The Deli Magazine is a national online and print (NYC and LA) magazine covering the major music hotspots including NYC, LA, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Portland (OR), Austin, Nashville and Chicago. The Deli is also a networking site between musicians in those cities and scenes as well.

We’re expanding to cover New England to deliver our expertise as an online resource for local musicians and the fans that support them. Our mission at The Deli Magazine– New England is to highlight unsigned and indie musicians around various local scenes, with the New England edition primarily focused on four cities, Boston, Providence, Portland, and Burlington.

By embracing the power of the digital and social networking revolutions, we also provide a connection point for musicians in other cities. We conduct interviews, review shows, albums and EPs, post band, venue and show related news. We also fill out the site with visual media like music videos and photo-blogs.

We need writers to review shows, CDS, write quick write ups and features on bands and shows and conduct interviews. This is a fun and good opportunity for someone thinking about an arts journalism career. The Deli Magazine is known nationwide.
