Position Overview:
This position will be primarily focused on the development of a suite of custom web based applications to support the Concierge business. As a critical member of the Application Development team � this team member will have a strong voice in the direction of the software engineering practice at Circles and will be expected to develop solutions that focus on the long term value of the application suite.

As a hands-on contributor, this UI developer will focus on the design and development of the user experience, presentation, and client side interactivity for these web based tools.

Responsibilities:
� Day to day responsibilities for this team member will include:
� Active participation in the design and development of the UX for new solutions and major enhancements to existing solutions.
� Detail design and development of the client side architecture used to support a Concierge based business model.
� Translate creative designs and/or wireframes into high quality code (HTML, CSS/CSS2, JavaScript, XHMTL, XML/XSLT, and AJAX).
� Contribute to the usability design and review of the creative design of the web based applications.
� Active participation in the refinement of the Software Engineering practice at Circles with a focus on adopting a Test-Driven-Development methodology under and an agile project framework.

You will need to:
- analyze the site code, tags, etc. and look for opportunities to improve optimization
- make actual changes to the tags, headers, and code to maximize search engine-friendliness on every page
- perform competitive analysis to determine which keywords we should optimize for
- come up with a list of "missed opportunities" for each site. In other words, if a website doesn't have a lot of keyword-rich content, maybe you would suggest adding a blog to the site.
