Thanks to NEW growth, Boston based software firm is hiring a full time permanent Web Developer to join their team. Must have a diverse front end web development background and professional UI design experience. This is a hands-on development position with the potential opportunity to manage one direct report. The successful candidate will be responsible for working together with multiple teams to meet deadlines, helping senior management decide best solutions to implement, and most importantly play a large role in the hands-on development and look/ feel of the new web applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 3-5 years professional web development experience in HTML, XHTML, CSS, javascript.
* 1-2 years ASP.Net, VB.Net or C# experience
* UI design and usability experience.
* Leadership ability a plus.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Good understanding of SQL.
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science a plus.
