XAMOnline is a small and growing educational publisher of teacher certification study guides.

Title/Position: Website Manager/SEO

Job Type: Temp to Perm. Starting Part-Time (20 hours/week) with potential for full time position

Position Overview:
The website manager plays an integral role in the content management and overall development of our existing website.

There is a strong emphasis on SEO/SEM techniques and tactics. Currently XAM’s internet sales make up 50% of the company’s revenue. We are competing for online sales against publishing competitors as well as Amazon.com which takes a large part of business away from our site.

Another emphasis is analyzing traffic through our site with Google analytics.

(Our website, www.xamonline.com, is fully functional and does not need to be built from scratch).

Desirable Skills:
Proficiency with Dreamweaver
SEO experience
Google Analytics
Experience working with E-commerce websites

Design skills are a plus (Adobe CS)
