Participate in Website Usability Study ($45 in iTunes gift cards for 45 minutes):
We are seeking Members of Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance to spend 45 minutes reviewing a website at our office near Fenway Park. You will receive $45 in iTunes gift cards to perform a series of tasks as part of an evaluation of the usability of a new website. We will ask you to think aloud as you try out the website providing us with valuable feed back. We will also video-record your usage of the website while performing these specific tasks.
You need to be available between 9:30am and 4pm during business days within the next two weeks.
We are looking to begin testing as soon as possible.
