We own a brand new vacation home in Martha's Vineyard. Construction on the home was completed in the Spring of 2007. Most important is location. With a very short walk to the beach there is no hassle with parking or crowds. A two mile drive to town you will find the ferry, shopping, restaurants, arcade, banks, movie theater and all other common amenities. This home will make you feel very comfortable with dark and wide hardwood floors, granite and marble counters, central A/C, bead board and crown moldings and stainless appliances. A beautiful master bathroom with rain shower and guest bath with jacuzzi tub. An open floor plan includes a screened-in porch as well as a wrap around farmers porch. Real cape cod feel with modern amenities.
Our home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 people.
