We are looking for a strong Technical Customer Support Engineer who will support customers via phone, email, internet and on-site.
Also responsible for going on-site to install, configure and deploy production systems.
Will assist in testing applications
3+ years of Technical Support
Experience with customers - must have excellent commuication and presentation skills
Experience with Windows operating systems and networking within that environment
