We are looking for Windows Helpdesk support personnel with experience in providing support with Microsoft Vista-specific deployment troubleshooting tasks. We have multiple positions for Level-2, Level-3 and Level-4 positions.
For L3 and L4 experience with Microsoft Group Policy-related and VB script-related tasks is required. Experince with Microsoft infrastructure remediation-related tasks is preferred.
Minimum 5 to 8 experience in Helpdesk support
Excellent communication skills are required.
Must be a US citizen or GC Holder
