DESKTOP ENGINEER
We are currently looking for a mid level desktop professional to work at a national educational organization. The team is a collaborative group of individuals who is looking to add someone with a great attitude, energy and strong problem solving skills.
Duties include:
- Installation of software on new and recycled computers for computer labs
- Desktop imaging using Norton
- Upgrading/deleting software on recycled and new computers for staff, faculty and students
- Troubleshooting MS Office and application problens
- On-site troubleshooting for end users - connectivity and passwords, etc.
- AD user management including permissions and group policies
Qualifications:
- At least 4 yrs of desktop experience required
- Longevity in former employment
- Strong MS Office
- Knowledge of Exchange and AD user management
- Flexibility to work OT
- Enthusiasm for learning new things
- Ability to work towards deadlines
