IT Specialist
We are looking for an IT Specialist to work within a growing software company in the Cambridge, MA area. The overall functions of the position involve installation, implementation, planning, organization, troubleshooting, and configurations.
Primary duties of the position:
- Maintenance of software and hardware
- Troubleshooting for 50+ end users
- Setting up new users/passwords/access
- Communication with internal staff re: software updates
- Working with IT team to provide feedback on design and implementation ideas
- Supporting Microsoft applications
- System installations
Requirements:
- At least 2 yrs of experience troubleshooting and working on IT issues
- Windows XP desktop troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience imaging PCs using Ghost
- Blackberry support
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- MS Outlook troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to problem solve in a demanding environment
- A+ certification preferred
