I bought this AppleTV when my year with Comcast was up; I found it cheaper to buy tv a la carte than pay for every channel I don't watch. However, I moved in with roommates, and I don't pay for tv anymore so I haven't used this in over a month now. I am selling it for that reason alone; I don't need it. It works perfectly and wonderfully.
I will keep the items I downloaded on it if you want them (all 3 seasons of 30 Days, the series Transgeneration, some National Geographic Explorer episodes, a season of This American Life, and I think that's all). Also included is a high quality, top of the line Monster HDMI cable to connect it to your tv. The cable is not included in store and costs an additional $60. I'm selling the whole ready to watch unit for $320. Buy it in store somewhere for $390.
I purchased this in May 2008 and there is a year warrenty included on it with the option to purchase AppleCare still if you'd like an extra year of protection.
