The cottage is setup like a studio apartment, but it's totally private and on the property of my main house. It's a new renovation, so it's a nice place. The property is quiet on a rural road and has private parking. It's barn wood inside, rustic with beams.

I'll supply a fully furnished place (your choice) and I would need furnished place in Boston. I'd need the basics in the place I stay in like pots, pans, bed, TV etc. I'll need to be able to come and go without a problem. You'll be able to come and go too.

My place in JP has 2 bedrooms (one I currently use as a study and guest room), a nice yard, off street parking, washer/dryer/dishwasher and is fully furnished and equipped. The house, which I own, is a 2-family, and my unit is on the first floor; tenants are quiet and reliable. It's near both a bus that goes to central Boston and a subway (T) stop and is quite close to the major teaching hospitals and Harvard Medical School and School of Public Health. It is also near the Jamaica Pond and Arboretum, both wonderful for walking.

I have two cats; I guess I'd like to take them with me. You can bring your pets.
If you're interested, we'd obviously have some talking and arranging to do. I hope someone out there will be interested in pursuing this.
