We have an apartment in Cundys Harbor Maine overlooking the mouth of the new meadows river and we can swap this for an apartment in backbay or beacon hill for the end of august beginning of september. The apartment is fully independent from the main house and has a bedrrom, living room, cable TV, kitchenette, bathroom and a loft. Walkable is a gorgeous tourist village where lobesters are brought in and sold on the peer. The place rents for USD 2000 a week in high season. We need an apartment in town a few weeks to deposit my daughter who is going to university in Boston....
