The apartment has a living room, full kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. I am renting the most of this apartment except bedroom, which I use almost as a closet space.
As I don't stay in my apt often nor long, it's going to be a very private setting, almost like a studio. I don't use kitchen either.
As you can see in the photo below, the floorplan is convenient for this situation, as the bedroom is attached to the right side from the entrance.
**Furnished:
the apartment is fully furnished with a full size bed with linen, drawer, desk, chair, floor lamps, clothes rack, room divider, dining table, and all the kitchen stuffs.
Internet cable is ready. Wireless can be used if you have an adapter, but cable is convenient and fast. No phone line, no cable.
**Rent and Utilities:
Rent is $975 per month, including all the utilities.
There will be a deposit of $975 due by moving-in day, which will be returned on moving-out day upon no damage or loss.

You can share my condo with me. I will be in Boston once a month for business and could either stay in Hotel for $300-$450 or share the unit with you.(my stay will never be more than 2 nights). If you are a female (my wife will stay with you) and I will stay with friends in the complex. I reserve the right to ask you to leave if I find the place not well cared for. ( I will do this even if you have a lease) There will be no lease and you can stay as long as you are paid up in advance. You will be required to pay a damage deposit of $1000.00 which will also serve as a reservation deposit. Upon passage of keys you will need to give to my agent cash or a Bank check for $850.00 plus POST DATED checks for the length of time you wish to reside (for example if you wish to stay 5 months then you would provide 4 post dated checks for $850.00). There will be no additional charges nor additional services allowed or provided.
This should clarify why I am willing to allow you to stay in my condo for such a reasonable fee. To reiterate, the unit is completely furnished Modern Italian furniture imported by me, stainless appliances in the Kitchen, oriental carpets on the floor, sectional sofas from Crate and Barrel on Boylston St, bathroom in tile with a great tub and shower and everything you would find in a hotel for your convenience. Even the towels are Hotel quality.

Spectacular 2,000 square foot penthouse on 2 floors of a brand new loft complex in Davis Square
This loft is outfitted with a closed upstairs master suite with king-size bed, and 2 queen-size beds with privacy curtains on the lower level. There are two European-designed fold-down sofas in the living area that can each sleep one person each.
Note: The sleeping areas with the queen- and king-size beds are at opposite ends of the loft about 45 feet apart -- and have curtains that can be drawn for visual privacy. You would have to decide if this offered the desired level of privacy for your party.
There is one bathroom with the toilet and shower enclosed in a private space with traditional walls and door; with two side-by-side sinks on the 1st level. The Master Suite has a private bath with shower.
The penthouse has a small front deck, and a 500 square foot roof deck with table and chairs for six.

Sunny Room with 2 large windows, includes bed (comfortable double futon mattress, frame), pillows, desk, chair, lamps, dresser, bookshelf, closet. I have sheets, quilt, towels if needed. Extra storage and space to lock a bicycle available in basement if needed. Visitor's permit available for parking on street--has been used by previous roommates for up to 3 months.
Cost for utilities is an additional $50 per month (covers Gas, Hot Water and Electricity). Wireless available for $35/month. $15 per month for household items (toilet paper, cleaning supplies) Must pay first and last month's rent, utilities and wireless up front, plus a small damage deposit of $100, returned on day you leave.
