Unfortunately, I am moving out of this great apartment so I have to find someone to take over the remainder of my lease.
This apartment is very conveniently located (3 minute walk from the Washington Street stop on the Green B line, 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, and 10 minute walk to Brighton Center and to Washington Square). It is the first floor of an owner-occupied duplex on a quiet street. The bedroom is a good size and can fit any size bed. Common space includes a good sized living room with a small room off of it, a dining room, a very large kitchen (with dishwasher and garbage disposal), and a bathroom. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement and, if you have a car, you would be able to park your car in the driveway for free.
You would be living with two 23-year old girls who are both very friendly and easy to get along with. I will missing living with them!
Rent is $687 + utilities (which is a great deal because this is an awesome apartment!). I am looking for someone to move in between May 15th and June 1st as that is around the time I will be moving out and the lease runs through August 31st.
