The apartment is 1400 square feet, and is on the second floor of a house located halfway between Harvard and Porter Squares. It is an 8 minute walk to Harvard Square/ 2 minutes to Harvard Law School. Restaurants, shops and public transportation are located on Mass Ave, and we could provide a visitor's street parking pass for one vehicle. The apartment has a large eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large deck, and a music room with piano. Laundry in the basement, cable TV, room air-conditioners in both bedrooms. We are asking for $3000 per month/$5000 for the entire period, all utilities included.
