I am looking to sublet my bedroom, located in a spacious, sunny
apartment in Inman Sq, for the month of June, as I'm moving in with my
girlfriend. You would share the apartment with my roommate, a sweet
Italian woman in her 30s who works as a scientist, and her friendly
cat, Billie.
The apartment is huge, between 1300 and 1400 square feet, located
right in Inman square in Cambridge. Over the year, Inman square has
become the place to be in Cambridge, with lots of restaurants, shops
and bars. It's only a 10-minute walk from the red line in Central
Square and 10-15 mins to Harvard Square. It only takes 10 minutes by
subway (red line) to reach Boston's historic center.
The sublet is just for a month. The price will be for $800, even
though my rent is more expensive; this offer applies to a single
person. For a couple it will be $850 to cover the utilities expenses,
and for a couple with a child $900, for the same reason. (There is a
small third bedroom with a bed, which would be perfect for a child).
A little description of the apartment: It has 3 bedrooms, a huge
living room and dining room, bath with tub, kitchen with dishwasher, a
cute breakfast nook, a sunroom with tons of windows and plants, and a
deck in back. The basement includes a coin-operated washer/dryer and a
bike rack. There is also a possibility for parking behind the
building; I would have to ask the landlord how much he charges, but
it's probably close to $75 a month.
My bedroom (as well as the smaller third bedroom) has hardwood floors,
windows and closets.
If you want to spend a nice and relaxing month of vacation in Cambridge or
if you are coming to work in the area and need a month to figure
everything out, this is the perfect place.
