The roommates are really cool and easy to get along with. The apartment has a very accessible back yard, a back porch, laundry in the basement, and a cool neighborhood filled with musicians and artists. First and last month rent would be required up front and bills are usually around $50 per month (that includes cable and internet). There is a big living room and a large kitchen with a nice dining room table as well. Fully furnished if desired. Apartment has a dishwasher and off street parking that is for the building.
