In the neighborhood there are several small groceries, Mexican, Italian and Spanish Tapas restaurants, liquor stores, and a bar. Shaw's (large grocery) is within walking distance and is also on B line. Most utilities included in the rent. Electricity and internet/cable are separate (~$75/month combined).
