One bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment near Central Square. The room is available late May through August 31. The rent is $600/month plus utilities (which should be about $80 for the summer including cable, internet, electricity, a/c, and cleaning service). I live at 78 Pleasant street--a 20 minute walk from harvard or MIT and a 5-7 minute walk from the Central Square T (Red Line). Its a great apartment for the summer--a little backyard for bbqs, really close to the river, whole foods and trader joes. Other features include dishwasher, free laundry and storage in the basement, and its on the first floor (so easy bike storage).
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preferences (or what kind of furniture you want).
I have two roommates--both MIT phd students, very nice.
