I'm moving to Seattle and looking for someone to take my room for the summer. I live with one other person in a two bedroom apartment in Cleveland Circle. He is a grad student at BU, and is usually not around. When he is around, you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to live with.
Females or Males are welcome. Couples are welcome, but the rent will increase to $700.
I was recently advertising at $775, but I am desperate to find someone soon, so I will take the hit and pay the difference.
The room is about 12x12 and I can include furniture and AC if needed.
The apartment is really nice and the location is great. It's super easy to get anywhere from Cleveland Circle, and when you don't want to go anywhere, it has everything you need. This is the 3rd year that we've been here, because we like it so much.
