I'm trying to find a summer subleter to carry out the rest of my lease from June to September. It is a studio apartment, so it's not huge and doesn't have a kitchen, but it is fully furnished with a queen bed, mini fridge, dresser, toaster oven, and hot plate. All utilities are included and it's a very convieniant location, just a block away from the Hynes T-Stop and right across from that store "Johnny Cupcakes" I have a huge closet and wood floors and everyone is very nice and quiet. There is a bathroom on the floor that you share with one other person, but it is professionally cleaned daily and is seriously not a big deal. If you are a student, or have a summer job, or are just wanting to live in Boston for the summer, this place is for you!
