My roommate has moved out and I need a replacement starting June 1st (although may be able to move in earlier). The lease expires in September.
Location: Weitz Street, by Intersection of Franklin Street and North Harvard Street.
Apartment Details: Two bedroom apartment with a front and back porch, washing machine, dryer, one bathroom. The place is pretty furnished already and has a lot of space.
Room Details: One bedroom, with bed, dresser and closet. $600 a month.
Utilities/Fees: Utilities come to about $150-200 a month per person. This includes cable with wireless internet.
Details about me: I am a 23 year old male, whose a recent Northeastern graduate and working from 9-5. I would consider myself pretty laid back and not too demanding. You would be welcome to pester me if you felt bored and/or had the need to socialize.
Who I am looking for: I need someone who is responsible enough to pay bills and rent on time. I would like someone whose in a similar boat as I am in terms of where they are in life, but am willing to interview/give anyone a try.
