Mitchell John Salon is seeking a creative, entrepreneurial-minded color educator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an industry veteran (5 years +) to get in on the ground floor of an exciting established salon with a true team environment. In addition to working in the salon the right candidate would have a chance to be involved with our groundbreaking hair care line Living Proof.
We are an established salon that does a multitude of editorial and celebrity work including Italian and German Vogue as well as New York and Milan’s Fashion Week. The salon itself offers a large open inviting space on 2 levels in Boston’s Financial District. We offer extensive continuing education, excellent pay based on experience, health benefits, potential profit sharing for the right candidate and a supportive management team. All of this supported by a comfortable team based work environment.
The ideal candidate would possess at least 5 years of educating experience be creative, open minded, professional, hardworking and have a genuine desire to further the education department and grow with the company.
