Aveda Concept salon is seeking part time receptionist for Sundays and on/off site assistance during the week working with the owner.Industry back ground a plus.Must be able to multi-task at front desk ,attend to all guests needs,communicate effectively on the phone,schedule appointments for numerous salon technicians,communicate with entire salon team and the general public.Candidate must have a friendly upbeat personality,ability and willingness to learn the entire Aveda line of products to be able to advise the guests with their purchases.Candidate must be able to to think ahead, anticipate and solve problems, be responsible for the cleanliness and up keep of entire reception area, assist the salon team with their needs,work in an extremely time managed environment, all the while giving full focus on guest service.Opening and closing duties,day end salon and spa maintenance will be included as part of reception position.Advanced computer skills a must,previous sales skills helpful.
