  - We like git, you should too.
  - You are extremely comfortable with and, frankly love, LAMP and regular expressions.
  - You can write complex SQL queries and have experiences dealing with large databases.
  - You lose sleep over bugs and poorly written code
  - Your code is not only simple and elegant but well commented
  - You know and use good practices, and will religiously fight for us to adopt them… and we will of course oblige you because, again, your opinions matter.

  - General real estate experience / have ever rented an apartment
  - Have used/familiar with/love/developed the Google maps API
  - WordPress MU experience (themes, plugins, etc..)
  - Some formal degree in computer science or closely related field. Experience with team leadership or at least highly task oriented
  - Super familiar with some/all of the fun social media APIs and common use cases
  - You are familiar/awesome/in love with code igniter or otherwise intimately understand MVC frameworks.
