Required:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2-3 years of managing applications and projects for professional services/Financial firm
Hands on experience developing desktop/web development technologies, tools and servers relevant to Microsoft Windows desktop platform (ASP.net, C#, Silverlight, Winforms,SQL)
Experience developing technical and deployment architecture
They are looking for VERY strong technical skills/exposure (Microsoft .net development). This is more important than the PM experience. Someone who has grown up through the technical side and grown into the PL/PM role (still maintaining technical responsibilities)
Exposure to onshore/offshore project delivery methodology preferably in multi site engagements involving extensive interaction with stakeholders
Manage and develop IT staff in his/her group
Manage external vendor service levels, and contract negotiation
Work with other IT groups (Infrastructure, DBAs, Security, etc.) to ensure optimal set up and management of sites
Project management skills are a must...mostly medium sized projects is fine. they need to be able to manager the budgets...typically 100K to 1 million
The development is 3rd party - this role is managing the project internally, coordination, vendor relationship, scope of project and the technology (there is no gathering of the requirements for the scope of the project - more of a gatekeeper); PM between vendor and internal clients

Provide technical and managerial leadership ensuring solution deliverables are met on time, within budget, seeking to meet and exceed stakeholders? expectations.
Work with stakeholders, end users and project team members across multiple worldwide locations.
Lead project planning activities including risk management; resource planning and scheduling, ensuring optimal resource usage.
