Major responsibilities:
This individual will work in a team of software development engineers to develop software components for the company’s proprietary products. S/he will be responsible for designing and implementing software, designing and performing unit tests, and creating engineering documentation. These responsibilities must be performed in accordance with quality system regulations.
Skills / knowledge requirements:
The position requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in life or physical sciences, engineering, or mathematics. Must have solid hands-on development experience using Flex and Java. Preference is given to candidates with experience in Eclipse Platform (GUI), Prototype, Google Gears, Google Web Toolkit, Ajax, Web 2.0, and agile software development methodologies.
