Are you interested in working with very strong engineers? Do you like working with the latest technology? Are you interested in working at an exciting startup with loads and loads of potential and a real product to boot?
We are looking for a very strong engineer to join our core engineering team. We are building highly analytical/data intesive applications that handle thousands of transactions per second. We provide real value to our customers and are growing very nicely. We are using Hadoop and are looking to hire 2 engineers with strong experience with Hadoop.
Skills & Experience:
* A BS or MS in Computer Science
* 2+ years of professional experience
* Strong Java knowledge and expereince
* Experience developing data intensive applications. Anything high volume with low latency is a plus
* Experience with mutli-threading is a plus
* Experience with Java 5 or 6
* Experience with Spring/HIbernate
* Professional experience with hadoop
* Any experience with Amazon ec2/s3 etc is a plus as well
