Hi, my name is Eric. I'm 24, and I'm starting a permanent, full-time position doing customer service and sales support at a tech company in
Cambridge, preferably for January 1st. I'm currently looking for a room that's reasonably convient to my workplace. I don't have a vehicle, so it's also got to be within walking distance to amenities (groceries, laundy, what-have-you), so let me know if this isn't the case. My price range is between $600-850, including average utilities.

KIND OF IMPORTANT: Any room/share I'd seriously consider is probably going to have to be within at most a 15-20 minute walk of a T-Station; not having a car, I just don't want to have to rely on the bus system. There are a lot of nice people with nice places out there in the furthest reaches of Somerville, but I just don't want to have to hack my hour-and-twenty commute anymore.

I'm pretty quiet, I pitch-in, I clean up after myself, and I haven't missed a rent payment yet. I don't smoke (I might have one or two at a party, on a porch, but I'd loathe it if it smelled like smoke inside). I like having a drink, as long as it's not party-every-night, and it isn't disrespectful of anybody else. Animals are great so long as you're taking care of them and I'm not. And generally i'm a homebody during the workweek. Basically, I'm looking for the roommates everyone else is looking for: social, laid back, tidy.
