assisted living units, 41 memory support assisted living units, and a 268-bed

outpatient clinics in audiology, exercise, memory disorders, osteoporosis
screening, and rehabilitation.
The Manager of Security at NewBridge on the Charles (NBOC) in Dedham, Ma. will
assist the Director of Facilities through the supervision and administration of
all security policies, procedures, and protocols; direct supervision of security
operations; and direct supervision of all Safety, Security, & Transportation
personnel. Acts as senior representative of the department in the Director's
absence. Facilitates an active relationship with Town of Dedham Police and Fire
representatives. Works relatively unsupervised and makes independent decisions
during emergencies and other situations.
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Criminal Justice or allied field plus 5+
years of related experience preferably in the Healthcare industry.
-At least 2 years supervisory level or above experience.
-Eligibility for appointment as a special police officer in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts (no criminal record).
-Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license, CDL designation
desirable.
-Ability to obtain BLS, EMT, or First Responder certification.
-Ability to obtain professional certification as a Healthcare Security
Supervisor (CHSS), as offered through the International Association for
Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS).
-Strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows applications.
-Experience with state-of-the-art surveillance, security, electronic access and
other systems.

The client relationship manager¡¯s primary responsibility is the retention and penetration of existing customer relationships in the Lexington Alarm Systems family. High quality management of existing relationships is a strategic priority in this rapidly growing security alarm business. Retention of clients is accomplished by conducting in-person meetings to determine client needs; developing lines of communication between the client and LAS service staff; responding to client requests and needs for additional services, and resolving client problems.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have excellent face to face interpersonal, inquiry, discovery and listening skills in order to identify customer incremental needs for upgrades and enhancements.
- Feel comfortable interacting with affluent residential and some commercial clients.
- Have the ability to seamlessly match Lexington Alarm Systems products, services, and custom design solutions to customer needs.
- Have experience and proven success in consultative and conceptual cross-selling.
