We are a world-class private security company seeking highly qualified professionals to fill unarmed positions in the Greater Boston area. We are currently looking to fill both part time and full time positions. Candidates must be available to work the shifts required by management. Hired applicants will be stationed at state buildings, private schools, college campuses, hotels, and office buildings, where our clients expect courteous and professional security services.
We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications:
· Military and/or Law Enforcement Experience
· 3+ Years of Private Security Experience
· College Degree in Criminal Justice
Well performing part time staff will be given the opportunity to advance into full time positions. Our organization offers excellent advancement opportunities for motivated, hard working individuals. In addition, members of our staff are frequently given the opportunity to work in high level government agencies, based on the experience and training they receive within our organization.
Benefits include an excellent starting salary of $13.00-$14.00 per hour depending on location, shift and experience, well above the industry average. In addition, full time employees are given the option of enrolling in our shared-cost health insurance program and will receive paid vacation, after 90 days of employment.
All applicants are required to have a clean criminal and driving record, relevant experience, and a successful physical exam. Prior to employment, applicants will be required to undergo an extensive interview process, and must pass comprehensive background checks, pre-employment drug testing, and criminal history investigations.
Some security posts require a dark, conservative business suit and tie, which the applicant must provide. For all uniformed security details, the uniform will be provided for the applicant.
