We are a world-class private security company seeking highly qualified professionals to work armed positions in the Greater Boston area, as well as throughout the Commonwealth. The starting salary for armed positions is $16 per hour. We are currently seeking both part time and full time candidates.
We provide continuous armed security at state buildings and military installations, so shifts will include overnight and weekend work, depending on location. We are a 24 hour a day company, so all personnel are expected to be willing and able to work the shifts required by Management. All positions require a clean criminal and driving record, relevant experience, and a successful physical exam. Qualified candidates will undergo extensive interviews as well as comprehensive background, drug test and criminal history investigations.
In addition to an excellent starting salary, well above the industry average, full time employee benefits include a shared-cost health insurance program and paid vacation after 90 days of employment. PRIOR MILITARY AND/OR LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, as is a current License to Carry Firearms. No candidate will be granted an interview without the required experience and a LTC.
