Why the fuck would we even discuss the location of "In God We Trust" on our money? It shouldn't be there at all. Period. I don't trust in God. If there is a God then he/she/it is a fucking evil asshole super-being that created an idiot race of Democrats and Republicans. Why on Earth would anyone trust God? "New! From the super-being that brought you Earthquakes, Polio, and now AIDS... its Craigslist (applause).".

Whenever you hear the Muslims chant "Allah Akbar" or "There is no God except Allah; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." don't you get a creepy feeling? Like the people chanting it have lost their own minds and their own destiny? Like they are maniacal robots? Well; that because its true. Imagine how they (Muslims) feel when we say "In God We Trust"? And we print it on our fucking money!

How can they teach our school kids about separation of church and state and then put fucking GOD on our money and put GOD in our pledge of allegiance? This country was NOT founded on "Christian" beliefs so you bible thumpers just go fuck yourself (or better yet, how about look it up) before trying to start that shit here in response.

Both our nation's money and flag actually did really really well UNTIL the Christian ass-wipes had it tarnished with the name of their evil imaginary sky-daddy. Maybe its time to take it off. At least we won't seem so much like the greedy mindless violently evil religious extremists that we are.

Eventually if exposed to reality long enough, they find that everything they knew to be true was a lie. Billy Jack was a movie that was the all time epitomy of the 1970's. I saw it when I was about 13 years old and imbred in me the need to question authority and fight oppression.
In retrospect, I don't think minors should be allowed to watch this movie, but adults should be mandated to watch it once a year.

How can anyone hide behind religion in this day and age?
How many millions of people have been killed in war, and/or repressed and murdered in the name of God?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mASbP3Eq1VE&NR=1
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTKx2f44tDo

To the religious zealots here on CL, thank you for doing so much to educate people here regarding God's Law. I have learned a great deal from you all, and I try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind him that Leviticus 18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination. End of debate. I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some of the specific laws and how to best follow them.

a)	When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord (Lev. 1:9). The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

b)	I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

c)	I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanness (Lev. 15:19-24). The problem is, how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offence.

d)	Lev. 25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?

e)	I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself?

f)	A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an Abomination (Lev. 11:10), it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this?

g)	Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here?

h)	Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev.19:27. How should they die?

i)	I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

j) My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them (Lev.24:10-16)? Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws (Lev. 20:14)?
I know you have studied these things extensively, so I am confident you can help. Thank you again for reminding us that God's word is eternal and unchanging. Your devoted disciple and adoring fan.

I retired in June of this year . I passed every one of my PT tests that I was ever given in the 28 years I was in * Navy 20 Army. That includes push up's , sit up's and a two mile run . I passed my last one in April of this year . Somewhat because I'm in shape , mostly because I am stuborn . I was forced into retirement because I did not come home in one piece from my last combat tour in Iraq.I am non deployable . Hence I get to spend alot of time in front of the computer entertaining myself on CL . I prefer to read the political comentary and not really post . I posted once and had some shit brain decide he was in charge of spelling and decided I might be an easy target .As far as the Military making you a man yes it does ,however it teaches you how to weed out the weak links and get rid of them any way possible . One way is to constantley fuck with them like I fuck with this little puke .I can't say that I am responsible for anyone in particular but I do know that 2 of the weak links that I fucked witrh in Iraq Will never recover emotianaly . They never saw combat They were just malingerers .I hope thay comit suicide . I ensured they got an LTH ( less than honorable) discharge so they can not be burried in any National cemetary and that just the way it should be .All cowards should be sought out and removed . Don't take this personal because I am sure you are convinced you are a good person but I really have no respect for civilians . Kind of lazy and unmotivated and living for free on the blood of real Americans . To put it in the words of an E-9 I used to work for " I hate all fucking civilians including my wife and children" . I really don't give a fuck about my spelling and if you can spell better than me good for you just don't ever think I don't belong here because your education is better than mine .

I am an average guy who was taught to and work for what I get and live within my means. I've tried to teach my son those same values. i believe in learning a real skill so that you can be a contributing member of society, meet a nice girl buy a house and live happily ever after. Unfortunately our Politicians decided to force banks to give loans to people wit no such values and drove prices out of the reach of us in the middle class. Now they are printing our money and giving it to the banks to lend back to us at huge interest rates, so that they don't have to foreclose on those homes and the prices can stay artificially high.

So my son lives with me. He'll be thirty soon and our government still hasn't created a decent economic environment so that he cold ever know the benefits of being self sufficient. They think of really creative ways to give money away, but we believe that will not solve anything. Because we all really run houses and businesses and we know it can't be done that way. It just can't. Until they figure tat out, we aren't anywhere near a recovery.

People are angry, but that doesn't mean they're violent. We want harvest fairs and to help our children paint their new homes and to play with our grandchildren and for things to be normal. Nobody wants to blow up a friggin' building. We are Americans. We will live here forever. our children's children will live here. We want what's best. No matter what they say about us.

you wrote:
Now that I think about it, I think you're right. It is the alarmist media painting conservatives wrongly. For that, I'm sorry. I'm really responding to the wackos who want to go after any and all muslims. Most of the muslims I've met, have come to this country to work hard and to earn a better life for their family. I guess I've never met a terrorist but I see the embarrassing replay of the internment of innocent Japanese Americans during WWII (while fighting fascist...how funny is that irony). Also, do you remember how right after 9/11, there were innocent Muslims (and Hindus) getting assaulted by misguided angry Americans?

However, if you read the posts on this board or other websites or listen to Rush Limbaugh, you'll see there are a bunch of really wacked out conservatives who really have gone off the deep end and clearly are no longer in touch with reality. These people scare the shit out of me, far more than islamic terrorist or swine fu or whatever else the media is frenzied about. They scare me because they really are all around you. In real life, I'm a good listener and I play my cards close to my chest so that people will be open. There are some normal people that carry around some really wacked out delusions. Whether these people are "teabaggers" or not, they are on the same side of the issue and appear to be the same people.
Thanks for sounding reasonable. The fact is that no teabagger is going to blow up a federal building or anything else. We realize it was built and maintained by our taxes. Why would we? yes after 9-11 there was a backlash against all people wearing turbans or even looking Arab and that's unfortunate. I myself have needed to step in and help some shopkeepers from abuse. These weren't conservatives doing the abusing. it was guys coming in looking to buy blunts. They were just looking for any reason to start trouble.

Survivor's Guilt

- A Vietnam Legacy -

Sometimes I ask WHY they had to die,
and WHY I was left alive to grieve...
The answer seems we shouldn't try
to question mysteries we can't perceive.

Life at best, is happenstance,
We're here to live life the best we can,
The rest then, must be left to chance...
and accept Fate as a man.

Our Birth was much like being vexed,
for in the Womb, we feared to leave.
No one can tell what happens next,
No answers come, our doubts relieve.

You may miss those who did not survive,
For those whose blood was spilt...
But more: Be happy that you're alive,
And dwell not, on all this guilt.

For that is what they'd want you to do,
To live your life for them...
Life goes on, and so must you!
And in this way, you'll honor them.

Written for those who suffer it everyday..

This Poem is also a Tribute to our Allies who fought beside us. Never let it be forgotten that they were our Brothers-
See I own this guy .Obviously He hasn't been paying attention . I'm retired military . High school wasn't last year . So whatever it is you are doing during the day Know that I am getting laid or doing whatever else I feel like dooing . Cum sock I like that ,did you get it off of your mothers unemployment papers .Probably how she came by you . Do you try and slip her tongue when she tucks you in in morning after she is done walking the streets in Roxbury . Now that's funny .

Dear overly stuck up twenty something girl’s on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston. We see you, OK? So you can stop your ridiculous blackberry texting as if everyone loves you. What makes you think you can just go through life with your head down and every curve of your ass, crotch and calves showing through your black spandex pants? Do you ever wonder why every guy stares at you? Because he is ass raping you with his eyes while you stand there planning your next Friday night cock sucking with your lame ass dirty hipster boyfriend who buys you everything with his unemployment check. You parade around as if the world owes you something and you are the queen of this new fashion trend. Last year’s wretched and stained Ugg boots with black spandex pants. Wow....

Let me tell you one thing. If you think for a second that copying every other stuck up Jersey girl in Boston is going to make you friends, it won’t. The only people you will befriend is your intangible fuck buddies who see you binge drinking alone at the next frat party while you stress out about the 3 term papers you tried to get in on time but failed because you couldn’t stay off FaceSpace long enough to learn anything important. You remind me of my ex-girlfriend, the whore. You are all the same and its really boring. Hurry up and flunk out so I can go back to my normal life before texting and ignoring everyone in the world was popular. You ruin my day almost every time I see one of you. Oh yah, and thanks for getting the fat girls involved in your little game of hide the cellulite. I always wanted to know what a life sized broken can of biscuits would look like if it could walk.
This is really cryptic. I can't tell who she is or who you are. I can't tell if you are being sarcastic. I can't tell if you mean something sexual. I can't tell if you are saying something positive or negative. Regardless of what you meant, I really just want to know if I've been successful or not in my personal mission of pissing people off. It's my calling and I really just want to make sure I've still got it after all these years.

Just for the sake of clearing up the gender ambiguity going on here, I'll go first.....I'm a guy.

The reason this guy went to Fox news instead of getting a lawyer is because every lawyer who looks at the details of the case to is going to tell him that his freedom of speech doesn’t extend to degrading coworkers in the workplace.
Marriage: I don't have a dog in this fight, I'm not gay, and I never intend on getting married, male, female or otherwise and I don't have imaginary friends.

Having said that, I believe I best qualify as a voice of reason on this debate.

Marriage is for suckers, straight, gay or otherwise. Would you ever enter into a business proposition with anyone that contained the same benifits and ramifications???

I don't understand why anti gay marriage people are all up in a huff? What do you care what someone else calls their union? Does it effect or waterdown your own union? If it does, then it's those exact reasons, why gays should have the same privilages!

Your religious beliefs in no way impress me, anymore than if you claimed to pull a set of the 10 Commandments out of your sock draw along with a claim that God left them there for you last night. I believe most religions are fantasy. Don't push your religious beliefs on me. I'll respect you for your beliefs, only if you respect me for mine. I do have my religious beliefs but they don't involve an all powerful god.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No debate here - because a marriage between a man and a woman IS wholesome and reflects true family values. Gay marriage is deviant, not normal, and not allowed in most, if not all of the world's major religions.

And yes, the lesbo should've been fired along with the guy, for bringing up personal subject matter not once, but FOUR (4) times, into the guy's FACE! So either she goes, or he gets to stay.

Fuck political correctness; try the truth!

And yea, we should all boycott the place...........

Fox News fact checks Sarah Palin’s ‘dollar conspiracy’

By Raw Story
Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 -- 9:15 am

In an speech to a Minnesota anti-abortion crowd last week, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin seemed to see a conspiracy in a decision to put "In God We Trust" on the edge --rather than the face -- of new presidential dollar coins.

"She began her remarks with a puzzling commentary on the design of newly minted dollar coins," Politico wrote. "Noting that there had been a lot of “change” of late, Palin recalled a recent conversation with a friend about how the phrase “In God We Trust” had been moved to the edge of the new coins.

“Who calls a shot like that?” she inquired. “Who makes a decision like that?”

“It’s a disturbing trend,” she added.

Raw Story was the first to note Palin's "conspiracy theory" Monday. The story then traveled to the Huffington Post, and then to -- of all places --Fox News.

Turns out, the decision was made by former Republican President George W. Bush, and approved in 2005.

And Fox fact-checked Palin's claim. In the clip below, Fox's Brett Baier notes that the decision to put the godly phrase on the side of the coin was made under a Republican administration, and not reversed until 2007 -- with the support of Democrats in Congress.

Economy hasn't changed in 10 years (majority of time with Republicans)

As we dig out from the rubble of the fallen financial sector, it’s common to hear analysts fret that the U.S. may face a Japan-style “lost decade.” After its real-estate and stock-bubble burst, Japan struggled with low growth throughout the 1990s. It emerged from the decade shrunken and sapped of confidence, with very little to show for a large amount of government spending and near-zero interest rates.

I’m not particularly concerned that the U.S. is in for a lost decade of its own. Our political and financial leadership reacted much more quickly than Japan’s did, and the U.S. system, for all its faults, processes failure quickly. Besides, we’ve already had a lost decade. When 2010 dawns in several weeks, it will bring down the curtain on the aughts—a period in which a great deal and not much at all happened, economically and financially speaking. In fact, a startling number of contemporary indicators are at or below the levels at which they stood 10 years ago.

Let's start with the single most-important economic number: jobs. Over the past 10 years, job creation has been extraordinarily weak. In September, on a seasonally adjusted basis, there were 108.544 million private (nongovernment) payroll jobs in the U.S.—almost precisely the number there were in June 1999. (To see the data, go here and then check “nonfarm private.”) In the past decade, in other words, the private sector hasn’t created a single job. That’s poor, especially when you consider that the population grew 9 percent during those years, from 282 million in 2000 to 308 million today.

The stock market performed like somebody running on a treadmill—a lot of energy was expended to travel the tiniest of distances. As this depressing 10-year chart of the S&P 500 shows, stocks went precisely nowhere in the past decade, despite all the efforts to help the market—from slashing capital gains and dividend taxes to keeping interest rates extremely low to bailouts.

Meanwhile, Americans seem to have lost their interest in investing. Between 1992 and 2000, the percentage of households owning mutual funds doubled, from 24.4 to 49 percent. And between 1992 and 1999, the percentage of Americans owning equities—either through mutual funds or as individual stocks—rose from 36.7 percent to 47.9 percent. To build on that impressive growth, in this decade, President George W. Bush made the “Ownership Society” a theme of his presidency, suggesting that investing in securities could be the solution to everything from Social Security’s long-term insolvency to the health-care crisis. But Americans largely ignored these calls. According to the securities industry’s Equity Ownership in America 2008 report, the proportion of the population that owned stocks or bonds fell from 57 percent in 2001 to 48 percent in 2008. And in 2008, 45 percent of U.S. households owned stocks—inside retirement programs and in brokerage accounts—down from 49 percent in 1998.

Investors may have been turned off by the market’s poor performance. But in this past decade, Americans didn’t have much leftover cash to deploy into the stock market. Incomes were basically stagnant during the decade while the costs of vital goods and services—education, health insurance, energy—spiked. The latest report from the Census Bureau on income, poverty, and health insurance is full of interesting data which shows that median household income in 2008, at $50,303, was below where it was in 1998. The same report shows (see Table B-1 on page 44) that both the number and the percentage of people living below the poverty line rose, from 11.9 percent in 1999 to 13.2 percent in 2009.

Many factors explain the sluggish performance. Globalization, the continuing information-technology revolution, and the offshoring of manufacturing and service jobs kept employment in check. But at root, it turned out that the policies enacted—low interest rates, cutting taxes aggressively, disempowering unions, empowering Wall Street, deregulating the financial system—by the folks running the system just didn’t work as advertised. Meanwhile, policymakers neglected some important areas that can help support financial stability, like health insurance. Since 2000, a period of generally low unemployment, the portion of the population getting insurance directly from the government rose from 24.7 percent to 29 percent, while the portion receiving employment-based coverage fell from 64.2 percent to 58.5 percent. Between 1999 and 2008 (see Table C-1, page 59) of the census report, the population of the U.S. rose 9 percent, but the uninsured population of the U.S. rose 19.5 percent.

There were a few areas of progress. Partisans of the decade’s economic policies liked to hold up the rise in homeownership as a success. Instead of buying stocks, Americans were buying McMansions and condos. And as this census data on homeownership rates shows, the housing and mortgage bubble boosted the homeownership rate, which peaked at about 69 percent in 2006. But while stocks and bonds are bought mostly with cash, homes were purchased mostly with debt. And what leverage giveth—higher homeownership, lots of jobs tied to real estate—leverage taketh away. Once the housing market peaked in the summer of 2006 and foreclosures started to mount, the homeownership rate declined. Today, it stands at 67.6 percent—almost precisely where it was in the fall of 2000.

Michael Jackson is the 1980s-era pop star coming back into vogue. But it would be more just if the artist formerly known as Prince were enjoying a revival. For when it comes to a range of financial and economic metrics, we’re partying like it’s 1999.

Congress voted Monday to cut federal funding for the superconducting monkey collider, a controversial experiment which has cost taxpayers an estimated $7.6 billion a year since its creation in 1983.

The collider, which was to be built within a 45-mile-long circular tunnel, would accelerate monkeys to near-light speeds before smashing them together. Scientists insist the collider is an important step toward understanding the universe, because no one can yet say for certain what kind of noises monkeys would make if collided at those high speeds.

"It could be a thump, a splat, or maybe even a sound that hasn't yet been heard by human ears," said project head Dr. Eric Reed Friday, in an impassioned plea to Congress. "How are we supposed to understand things like the atom or the nature of gravity if we don't even know what colliding monkeys sound like?"

But Congress, under heavy pressure from the powerful monkey rights lobby, decided that money being spent on the monkey collider would be put to better use in other areas of government. Now, with funding cut off, the future of our nation's monkey collision program looks bleak.

Congress began funding the monkey collider in 1983, after Reed convinced lawmakers that the U.S. was lagging behind the Soviet Union in monkey-colliding technology. Funds were quickly allocated so that Reed could spend a week procuring monkeys on Florida's beautiful Captiva Island. Though Reed returned with a great tan and a beautiful young fiancee, he reported that there were no monkeys to be found on the sunny Gulf Coast island. Congress funded subsequent trips to the Cayman Islands, Bora Bora and Cancun, but these searches also yielded negative results.

Two years passed without a single monkey being procured, and Congress was close to cutting the project's funding. It was then that Reed got the idea to utilize monkeys already being bred in captivity. The Congressional Subcommittee for Scientific Investigation was enthralled by the idea of watching caged monkeys copulate, and increased funding by 40 percent.

With a steady supply of monkeys ensured, construction of the monkey collider began on a scenic Colorado site. Despite environmental pressure, a mountain was levelled to facilitate construction of the seven-mile-wide complex. Huge underground tunnels were dug, at a cost of billions of dollars and 17 lives. Money left over was used to build resort homes, spas and video arcades for Reed, his colleagues and several Congressmen.

Construction of the collider's acceleration mechanism was delayed for years, as scientists couldn't decide how to get the monkeys up to smashing speed. Last month, it was finally decided that the collider would employ a system in which the monkeys run through the tunnels chasing holographic projections of bananas. "Monkeys love bananas," Reed said, "and they're willing to run extremely fast to get them."

But now it seems the acceleration mechanism may never be built. With the monkey collider placed on indefinite hold, the huge research facility in Colorado lies dormant.

To keep the space from going to waste, Congress Monday voted to convert the empty underground tunnel into a federally funded drag-racing track. The track is expected to create hundreds of jobs in the form of pit crews and concessions workers, and will allow President Clinton to impress important foreign dignitaries with America's wheelie technology.

Despite this promising alternate plan, most involved with the monkey collider project feel the sudden cuts in funding are inexcusable. "It is a travesty of science," Reed said. "I remember the joy I felt in college when I would launch monkeys at one another with big rubber bands, and this project would have been even more enlightening."

NEWTON — The first African-American to be elected mayor of Newton has received a congratulatory telephone call from President Barack Obama.

Campaign manager Pat Johnson said today that the Obama called Setti Warren on Wednesday to wish him well after winning the mayor’s race this week.

Johnson said Warren was preparing to go on a local television show the first time the president called and was unable to talk to him. Obama called back an hour later.

Warren, an Iraq war veteran and former aide to U.S. Sen. John Kerry, was voted into office in the upscale Boston suburb when he defeated state Rep. Ruth Balser.

Warren was introduced to then U.S. Sen. Obama at a rally before he went to Iraq in fall 2007. Obama later became the nation’s first African-American head of state.

Saturn Transmission Rave (Happy Valley)

So my 2003 Saturn Vue transmission crapped out and was going to cost around $4500.00 to be fixed. Some internet research turned up:

.New Special Reimbursement Policy (US and Canada)
•	If the vehicle is no longer eligible for the coverage above, but is within 8 years or 100,000 miles (160,000 km), whichever occurs first, from the date the vehicle was originally placed in service, regardless of ownership, GM will pay 50% of eligible transmission repair expenses, parts and labor, and the customer will be responsible for the remaining 50%. The amount paid shall be calculated with reference to dealers' already approved warranty parts and labor rates. Customers whose vehicle's extended transmission warranty has expired, but which still is within the Special Reimbursement Policy, may elect to receive a customer credit from GM for their vehicle instead of the repair – for the first instance that the customer pursues repair during the 8 year/100,000 miles (160,000 km) period. If the customer elects this option, the vehicle will be purchased for a $5,000 credit (less any lien) towards the purchase of a new GM vehicle .

I called Saturn (of Raynham) and they confirmed that Saturn is in fact covering transmission repairs even if the vehicle is way out of warranty. They also confirmed that I could get $5000.00 for my car on a trade for a new one, even though I would had to tow it in to the dealer. I took the 5K , bought a new Buick Enclave from their sister dealership next door and was treated better than any other auto repair / car buying expierence I've ever had!
Sometimes it just takes outside advice from people to actually see for yourself I guess. To the poster who said I was "embarrassing myself". I disagree. I didn't go overboard, falling all over him...I merely send him a couple of messages within a month, just to let him know I was interested. Isn't that what someone should do when they're attracted to a person. He showed interest, so in turn, I did. To the poster who said that I was a "power lesbian"??? I don't know where that came from!! LOL. I guess I'll just revert back to not showing him anymore interest when I see him. Such a let down!

yes walmart is evil, but unfortunately its the nature of business to find the lowest cost option. Since the chinese have such a low cost of living they can make stuff for MUCH less than we can. Our government is a ship of fools for opening the doors to such an unbalanced trade agreement.
Things that RAISE the cost of doing busines here in the US are regulation, litigation and taxation. The more of these you have, the less JOBS you have too. You liberals out there should remember this when you vote. Its nice to have all these wonderful government 'benefits' but the costs they incur make it more likely your job will be exported. We cant afford all this government, its going to break the economy.
Has anyone else noticed that walmart is having way more commercials, and its not just because of the holidays either. I understand low prices are good in this economy but all I see is a monopoly on its way, we need to do something but i feel its to late and people are already brain washed. I wont lie i did shop there last year but a light just went off in my head of whats to come, sad thing is we need walmart at the same time because China basically has us by a short hair if we stop selling there goods they'll pull there debt card and then we go under. We need help but in a different way.
I love breasts too.....like most men. I guess that means that we all have mommy fixations. You know.......if everyone does something, then that's the definition of normal.

I'm guessing you've got small tits and feel inadequate because all the men give all their attention to women with big ones. Hence your tendency to use shaming attacks.....which makes me really curious to hear about YOUR mother.

There's nothing wrong with small breasts. I just happen to like bigger ones. Freakishly large is no good. The feel of natural is preferrable to implants but implants do look good and can counter the natural effects of aging and/or pregnancy.

I really like big breasts with small nipples. Do other people feel this way?

I have indeed formed an opinion. Your husband is under my desk right now.

seriously, i do have an opinion. I will look around at my married family and friends. I know of ONE happy couple that do not cheat. and here is the review of the rest:

1. my parents: divorced bitterly long ago. now friendly and even have holidays together with me.
2. my sister: married. barely speaks to her husband, the live in same house. she called him by the wrong name the other day.
3. my brother: married. joins clubs and stays at work late to avoid his wife. wife is homely, but she always was, so i don't know why he married her. i see him dying everyday, staying in his marriage.
4. my other sister: divorced. according to her she was temporarily blind when she married her ex.
5. my half-sister: married. in counseling. all the time.
6. best friend: married two years ago: fighting every day about money with husband. he's getting fatter everday yet they say they have no money.
7. my boss: hits on me and every other woman in teh office even tho he's married. thinking about quitting but he pays me good. when his wife comes in, i feel sorry for her. she actually seems nice but must be stupid.
8. me: dating my boyfriend. will see what happens. he asked me to marry him, but i hesitate because your husband is still under my desk.

Marriage...form your own opinion

Many people post speaking out against marriage. They speak of their children in a most terrible way.

This is very sad. It's bad enough your marriage sucks and you disrespect your kids. To confuse your situation with all others and assume everyone else is equally unhappy or cheating is foolish and unthinking.

Most married people are happy and don't cheat. That's the truth.

If your marriage sucked, don't for one minute believe your representative of the entire population.

RE: Breast Implants

Having little perkies myself, I have pondered the breast implant question too. I once posted a pic of my breasts on CL, and asked men for their opinion. My post was quickly flagged, but I did manage to receive about 300 responses before the post was removed.

A few men told me if I needed breast implants for my own self esteem, I should go for it. But, the rest of the men told me not to have the surgery. Natural was best. I was really surprised. I expected more of a 50/ 50 split. Like a lot of women, I just assumed men liked bigger breasts rather the breasts are real or not. What an eye opener. I realized that men like a lot more than just the cup size of the breast. It seems that the size, shape and color of the areola along with a nipple hard on is pretty enticing to the male eye too.

I decided against the breast implants. Seems all I needed was 300 compliments to feel confident about my perkies. lol

It is the ultimate irony that lieberman might be one of the few to stand up against the healthcare bill when he was one of those people under bush who contributed greatly to undermining our liberties and supporting unconstitutional wars.
When the government controls something, it usually fucks it up royally. If they get their paws on healthcare you can bet things will get MORE expensive and provide LESS service.
If you want better, cheaper care, then get the government OUT of regulating the industry. Send illegals home and stop importing immigrants from third world countries who have no skills or education. They are dead weight on a sinking economy.
So finally my women friend is ready to have sex with me in a fwb type arrangement. But we can not use either of our houses. Are there any motels/hotels around Waltham/Burlington area that rent rooms by hour? Any other ideas? Car is an option but not preferred.

I have dated women with nice naturals and nice implants. The largest natural pair of breasts I have had the pleasure of experiencing were EE, the largest implants I fooled around with were HHH - but they were too firm and not as nice as the natural EE's. The most perfect set of breasts I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying were a set of full natural 34 C's - the woman was 19 years old and didn't even need to wear a bras. Magnificent!

Some guidelines:
Nice naturals are better than implants, but a nice set of implants beats flat or saggy naturals.

As a rule of thumb if a woman is slender and has perky B-cups or better she should leave them alone.

If a woman is completely flat then a quality set of implants is an improvement, but a bad boob job is worse than leaving them alone. If you can't afford a decent surgeon than don't bother.

If a woman is large and sagging than a lift is the way to go.

A large set of breasts on an obese woman is worthless. One of the best things about breasts is the contrast between the breasts and the waist.

You are a man-hater, so anyone who follows your advice is just going to be as unhappy as you are......but misery does love company.

It really must suck to be you. If you weren't molested by your father as a child, then you really just aren't accepting any responsiblity for the life you've lived.

You can scapegoat all men, all you want but since they really aren't to blame, it's not going to change your shitty existence.
Men have and will always claim that their wives are dull, asexual and bitchy so that they can get any other woman to feel sorry for them and eventually have sex with them. It's a very old story and one that is repeated a million times over every day. Men are children and thus, bored easily and are always looking for that one little excuse to cheat. Wedding rings or no, given the chance, men are going to cheat on their wives as often as possible. Women need to start realizing this and begin ignoring what he wants and needs and take stock of her own. Because you know what? Every once in a while, the world DOESN'T revolve around men.
