We're an Eco-Friendly, mom & pop toy store. We're looking for part-time help for the holiday season and possibly beyond. Solid work experience required, but it doesn't have to be in retail. You should be cheerful, energetic, outgoing, punctual, have excellent communication skills, and be able to stand for long periods of time. Knowledge of children and their play would be a plus. We are looking for someone who will work well with us, and treat our business as their own when we are away. Maintain accurate Inventory Control according to company policy and procedures.
Participate in quarterly inventory
Communicate inventory issues to management
Reports to store manager or manager on duty
Maintain all merchandise in the stock room according to categories
Ensure high level of organization
Manage store supply inventory and create supply orders monthly
Communicate maintenance issues
Maintain accurate UPS records
Knowledgably of inventory levels in stock room; refills floor as needed
Prepare web orders and other charge packages for shipment appropriately
Report on time for all scheduled shifts
Adhere to all policy and procedures

Additional Requirements:
Must be able to communicate in a clear audible tone
Proficiency in word, Excel, and Out Look a plus
Must be self motivated and be able to complete tasks unsupervised
Must have basic math skills
Must have at least 1 year stock supervisor experience

Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
