RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall daily operation of the store, according to defined Company standards and procedures. Responsibilities include:
To provide outstanding customer service.
To meet business goals overseeing and driving daily sales performance by ensuring a consistent quality customer experience.
Maintain service and operational standards. Responsible for the display and merchandising of stock to create an appealing and conducive selling environment.
Responsible for weekly sales reports, upkeep of inventory and booking of sales.
Tactfully and efficiently handle customer complaints in regards to salespeople, merchandise and store policy.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Other Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong people skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Dependable, reliable, trustworthy, and outgoing.
