Responsibilities:
« Generate and increase the sale of wireless products & services.
« Ask for referrals 100% of the time.
« Process payments for wireless service.
« Merchandize and maintain retail showroom floor.
« Working various hours in a retail setting, including weekends and holidays.
« Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
« Provide customers with basic training on operation of phone and accessories.
« Test, program, troubleshoot and repair wireless handsets to component level where applicable.
« Ensure all sales and service work is properly documented and entered in accordance with applicable processes.
« Maintain store cleanliness on a daily basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
« 1-2 years of retail selling experience or equivalent
« Strong understanding & commitment to the importance of great customer service
« Superior time management, organizational & communication skills
« OEM Wireless Handset Certification
« Valid driver‘¦s license required
