We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to help run our Saugus, Massachusetts store location. Qualified candidates will offer the following:
Building Talent
- Participates in networking, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates
- Involved in training and developing new Associates
- Creates a team atmosphere and a positive work environment
Building Service Standards
- Has a passion for great customer service
- Creates a friendly store environment
- Sets the pace…leads by example
Building Revenue & Operational Excellence
- Consistently trains staff on selling skills
- Contributes to maintaining high operational standards
- Achieves and maintains a high degree of operational efficiency and accuracy
