You can walk to the Green B Line (Boston College Train) in about 2-3 minutes. The name of the stop is Warren Street.
The space is in a private lot, that was renently re-paved and re-painted. It is easy to see you spot, during both the night and day, because it has many spotlights to keep it lit at night.
Available for May 10th. I take first months rent and last months rent up front. It is a tenancy-at-will agreement. You just need to provide me with thirty days written notice to vacate the space.
