Newton Biotech Company seeks a Full-Time International Account Representative to work closely with our global offices and provide assistance to our International Affiliates.
This position will entail the bilingual (English and Spanish) handling of confidential materials, legal documents, contracts, proposals, reports and correspondence. You will be the key liaison between our quality department and our international offices with regards to regulatory compliance. You will be required to respond to affiliate questions, concerns and problems efficiently and within a timely manner. You must possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team within a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Vice President of our International Division and assist her with projects, including our international expansion projects.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and traits:
• Previous experience within a confidential capacity with at least 3 years of Account Representative/Management experience.
• Business Degree or Certificate Equivalent required.
• Ability to travel internationally (valid passport).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is essential.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (excellent oral and written skills). Ability in other languages is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure while still maintaining constant attention to detail.
• Innate desire to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Strong initiative and follow through is essential.
• Organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with our global office personnel.
