I am seeking a very intelligent, quick-thinking, self-starting, very capable, very organized, task-oriented, unflappable, classy, meticulous, dependable professional individual to assist me, a very fun and very nice, but overloaded, divorced woman immediately. This part-time position’s duties include accurate, timely management and reconciliation of my bank accounts, bill paying and general ledger entries, travel arrangements, management of my three homes and staff and scheduling and general coordination of daily, weekly and monthly events. A strong working knowledge of Excel 2007, Microsoft Word 2007, Quicken 2007, online bill paying, payroll and general computer skills are required. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 5 years additional solid professional accounting experience is also required. Personal assistant experience is a plus. The right candidate must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality and strong, positive references from previous employment supervisors. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Work will be in my home office 20 minutes west of Boston, one or two 8 hour days per week to start or more as required with mutually-negotiated flexible hours possible. The pay is $35 per hour and you will be hired as an independent contractor. Occasional travel to my other homes in Florida and Rhode Island is preferred but negotiable.
