Summary of essential job functions
• Provides new employee orientation.
• Collect data for reports and prepare monthly reports.
• Maintains records and files.
• Ordering office supplies and conducting daily Inventory checks.
• Prepares employee appraisals and evaluates employee performance.
• Interviews candidates for open positions.
• Must have good working knowledge of mail, copy, printing, and switchboard services.
• Must have good working knowledge of computer basics.
• Must be able to perform the work of those whom they oversee.
• Perform work in a backup capacity to all staff functions.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills.
• May deal with difficult or irate customer periodically.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order and have the ability to perform key operator maintenance.
• Interface with the client contact daily.
• Keeps operations manager informed of operational efficiencies and potential problems.
• Resolves staff interpersonal conflicts.
• Required to work overtime periodically.
• Able to set priorities and motivate others.
• Must be flexible to adapt to changes and multi-task.
• Able to nurture or foster team work.
• Must demonstrate leadership qualities.
• High customer service skills.
Minimum requirements
• Must have 5 years of Management experience in the mail, copy, office services.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of US Postal, UPS shipping and other shipping software as needed.
