I am looking for someone who has strong organizational skills, works well on their own, and is bright and well spoken. Polished, good grammar, great computer skills. Someone who is able to multi task and able to help with all sorts of loose ends. Sort out some medicals, returns, airline tickets, summer camps -- dental appts. All sorts of things. Filing, organizing supplies, you name it, I need it. I had someone last year, but now need a new person. It is any and everything. Every day is different and there will be tons of multitasking and re-prioritizing. Just like life....

I would like someone two blocks of time a week -- so there is time for follow up new projects etc. Phone calls need to be returned and that needs a twice a week time frame to really get things sorted. But weekends don't work for the bulk of the time. Needs two weekday slots and then some weekend for organizing.

Schedule various appointments, keep track of projects, filing and some record keeping
Order necessary items and process returns and exchanges as necessary
Run errands with family pet, child, etc.
Some correspondence
Research products, request information, follow up on research, keep detailed files on research.
Remind phone calls to be made, errands to be run, appointments etc.
Organize paperwork and occasionally drawers, office storage closets, etc.
Drive son places, or pick him up,
Deal with medical referrals, insurance companies, their explanations of benefits, submit claims, request medical records, camp/school forms

Good references, clean driving record, clean record in general. No obvious tattoos or body piercings. Sorry but I need a good role model for my son.
