JOB SUMMARY: Overall responsibility for the management of a Group Supported Employment Job Training site in the Waltham area. Provide training and support to the site consumers in order to promote their personal and professional growth, responsibilities include maximizing the employment skills of consumers, provide case management and support services. Maintain excellent relations with the Host Company. Participate as part of the Employment Team. QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS degree or High School diploma and 2 year of related experience. Good writing skills, computer literate, strong organizational and communication skills. Drivers license and car.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Starting at $29,500, Vocational services background preferred but will train.



WORK SCHEDULE: 8am to 4pm - have to be available for some meetings after hours.
