I'm looking to create a team of people who are skilled musicians to help author in parts to be played in Rock Band. I have access to software and a knowledge base to deliver songs to the "Rock Band Network" (google it) which will then be available for download.

What we're looking for:
- Dedicated musician with MIDI experience/understanding.
- Specialization in Vocals, Guitar/Bass or Drums.
- Someone who has about 10 - 15 hrs a week to dedicate to authoring tracks. (there may be more or less hours available depending on clientele)
- A hardworking, trustworthy person who can meet deadlines and goals
- Excellent communication skills.
- Someone who has a computer/headphones.

How it'll work:
I'm creating a website and will be dealing with bands/managers with a goal of keeping a steady stream of work going through our team.
I'll be training you on the software/techniques used to deliver quality work and will give constructive feedback to help develop your skills.
