• Work with Interactive PM as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners who may touch an assigned account/project
• Assist the Interactive PM in managing each step of the creative development process from project kick-off to final deliverable on multiple projects as assigned

• Distribute paperwork to assigned brand team
• Set up and run all necessary key touch-point meetings in the process including weekly status meetings
• Generate detailed schedules & timing plans (from creative development through delivery) and manage schedules throughout the life of each project
• Assist in managing delivery of all project content needs per project from start to completion
• Assist Interactive PM with generating project out-of pocket estimates and purchases per assigned projects
• Assist Interactive PM in communication with vendor and freelance relationships for content development, image prep, and specified interactive production deliverables
• Manage and enforce a rigorous approvals process (from creative development through production phases of each project)
• Gather interactive media specs, material due dates, and requested material information.
• Manage daily client requests by prioritizing interactive team & studio workflow and delivery
• Alert team if a project strays out of the originally set parameters
• Keep General Manager aware of progress on each project and the development/deployment of the process – raising concerns as quickly as possible
• Keep detailed records of the life of a project and share information as necessary
• Implements workflow process and quality assurance procedures to ensure successful execution as measured by agency goals and client satisfaction
• Add projects to and maintain the current status of projects on Workload Status Report
• Attend and participate actively in all necessary status meetings weekly

    - Growth of Service - Here you will use your online and offline marketing skills to promote PickupZone to local communities through Social Media Marketing (facebook, twitter, and blogs), community groups, and direct marketing campaigns.

    - Manage and run customer support – You will be the point person for managing our telephone support and responding to customer and store inquiries. We want someone who can take on a management roll by developing best practices, refine processes and help us improve the service. As additional support people are brought on, you have the opportunity to develop into a support trainer.

    Overview

    We’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our US based marketing team in Providence, Rhode Island.

    The US Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering MOO’s US marketing strategy.
    Responsible for conception, execution and measurement of online and offline customer acquisition marketing programs in North America.
    You will also be instrumental in building successful and creative partnerships, maximising MOO’s exposure at targeted events, working closely with relevant agencies and vendors as well as the UK marketing team.
