My family and I are looking for a live in nanny for our 4.5, 3 year old boys, and our 3 month old girl.

What we have to offer you:

We have a one bedroom inlaw apartment, fully equiped w/kitchen, large living room and private bath. All utilities and cable tv, plus highspeed internet included. In addition we offer a $200 weekly salary cash.

about us:
Our eldest son is very energetic and sociable and can be quite silly at times.
He will be in preschool from 8-1:30. He'll be dropped off by his Papa and we'll need you to pick him up, unless we are able to find a nice Mommy from his school to drop him off. In any event, you will at least need a valid driver's license.

Our 2nd boy is calm and cuddly and loves to try what ever big brother is up to.

And our baby girl, well, we are getting to know her at the moment and she is just a sweetie.
My husband and myself work full time and are calm down to earth type people.
When I'm not working, I'm with my children. I like to go work out, but do this when they are asleep, so I don't miss to much time with them.
My husband enjoys playing with his children and spending time with them when away from work. He's an avid soccer fan and player.

What's required and needed:
The hours of care we would need are from 8-5 mon-friday. We can be very flexible with Mondays. And there are other times we can be flexible if needed. There's no need for laundry and extra cleaning for the nanny. Just prepare simple meals and snacks and make sure they clean up after themselves. I prefer your time be spent to focus on them and teach them, and when you have time for yourself take a break: ). You'll need it!

We are leaving town and would like to help our nanny find a new full-time job starting in July or August.

Our nanny has been with us for the past 2.5 years. She has taken care of our twin boys full-time since the age of 3 months and has been loving, hard-working, reliable, very flexible, and punctual.

She is CPR certified. She speaks primarily Spanish, but does understand and speak some English. She is an artist, and is very creative. She is mature and treats our children as though they were her own.

I have many years of experience with children of all ages. I have nine brothers and sisters and since I was young I have put myself in the position of taking care of whomever needs it. My parents did foster care when I was younger so we always had young children around. I have two brothers that were adopted after having them as foster children. One has cerebral palsy and the other is bipolar and has ADHD. I started babysitting for other families when I was about 12 years old. In high school for one year I worked in an after-school daycare program at the YMCA. I had a family that attended the YMCA program ask me if I would nanny for them for the summer. I still talk with the family and consider Shannon (the young girl) to be like a sister to me. I also helped out a family for a couple months earlier this year with their 3 year old and their 4 month old. I also have 4 nieces and 2 nephews that I always help take care of. When my first niece was born I moved to Omaha to take care of her for 4 months.

My name is Caren. My family is new to Amesbury and I am also a new stay at home mom of an 8 year old and a 4 month old. I will be providing childcare in my home beginning September 1, 2008. Although this is my first in-home daycare, I have years of experience with all ages of children. I received several credits in early childhood education hoping to become a Preschool Teacher, but sometimes life just gets in the way and I ended up in the legal field! After having my son I have been blessed with the choice to either return to work or stay home. I realized how important it was for me to give the care and nurture needed for him to grow and learn and so I made the choice to stay home with him and I want to pass along my services to other families in need of private family-oriented childcare.

My family is striving to be more earth conscience and my goal is to create a daycare that prides itself doing the same. I will teach children to recycle, reuse and save energy. Snacks and meals will be as organic and healthy as the budget allows and will also be foods that are not foreign to your children, like fruits and veggies with our own homemade dips and spreads and healthy variations on the typical lunch foods like pizza and chicken nuggets. I am attentive to the individual needs of children and offer age-appropriate and hands-on educational experiences for your precious little ones.
