All Care Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice out of Lynn, MA is looking for a Full-time Hospice Registered Nurse
to do homecare visits in the Cambridge/Watertown/Somerville areas.
This is a Monday thru Friday position and comes with our complete Benefit Package which includes 35 days of Earned Time per year, Health and Dental insurance effective date of hire, Flex Spending Accounts, Company paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance plus much more! This F/T position also comes with the Vehicle benefit - a vehicle is provided for you (Nissan Altima) with all expenses paid for by the agency.
Hospice experience is preferred. Must have comfort with and willingness to learn electronic record documentation.
Must have excellent communication skills. This position promotes autonomy in nursing practice but requires strong
teamwork and frequent communication with the PCP and Medical Director.
Must be flexible regarding day-to-day activities. Primary RN's are frequently asked to admit clients while still prioritizing their
client's needs.
