MR Assistant Program Director

MR Assistant Program Director (Winthrop St., Winthrop)

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 3-11pm, Saturday 9a-5p

Salary: $25K

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the Program Director regarding administrative, programmatic, and clinical aspects to a residential program serving adults with mild to moderate mental retardation.
• Develop, implement and monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate case management services and staff schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• AA degree in human services or related field OR three years experience working in human service setting.
• Valid and current Driver’s license required.
• Must pass MAP certification within three months of hire.
• Driving License Required? Yes
